My mission is to make Pilates accessible to everyone. I believe that Pilates is an effective and safe way to improve your health and wellbeing. I am committed to providing high-quality instruction and support to help you achieve your goals.
From a personal perspective, I love the Scottish outdoors, whether running, cycling, walking, climbing, skiing or paddle boarding I embrace the benefits that exercise brings to my life.
In my 30's and 40's I raced at a competitive level for Corby Athletics Cub both on track and road. Qualifying and  running in the UK Championship Race at The London Marathon.  In my mid 40's I turned to ultra marathons and have enjoyed may races over the year and which I still enjoy entering to date.
I also love being in the mountains and have completed all 362  Scottish Monroes (mountains over the heigth of 3,000 feet) and  am currently working my way around the  the 222 Scottish Corbetts (hills betweem 2,500 and 3,000 feet).
I also enjoy entering mountain bike races and love being on my paddle board when the weather is good.   I know that pilates has played a important part in keeping my body strong for all the activities I like to take part in.
